Strategy

Our strict investment criteria along with the current economic environment present a unique and continued opportunity to acquire land assets in prime locations at prices which are conservatively underwritten with exciting yet realistic growth and appreciation expectations.

With the growth of these new emerging markets, there will continue to be a demand for building within the following asset classes (industrial, multi family, low income housing, RV/mobile home parks, retail/shopping centers, convenience/petrol stations, office buildings, SFR developments and build for rent communities). The one thing all these asset classes have in common is that they all need raw dirt to build on; this is where Restra Capital Group comes in.

Value Proposition

RCG targets purchasing these development sites with an acquisition cost of 30% – 60% below what the end developer would pay for the asset. We offer the seller much shorter due diligence periods and quick closings, making our offer more attractive. We then determine the highest and best use for the property. From there we will take the property through rezone, the entitlement process, and environmental and preliminary site plan approval. Through this process we significantly increase the value and marketability to an end developer yielding top dollar for the land asset.
